Million Dollar Facial vs The Hydra Infusion vs The Signature Facial: Which Is Right For You?

If you are reading this, you have probably already searched "best facial near me" or "Million Dollar Facial vs Hydrafacial," scrolled through ten clinic websites, and ended up more confused than when you started.

Eternal Glow Beauty offers all three of the facial families currently dominating UK beauty search — the Million Dollar Facial range, The Hydra Infusion (our hydradermabrasion-style protocol), and the Advanced Facial Treatments line. That is a deliberate choice. No two skins want the same thing, and the question is never "which facial is the best?" — it is "which facial is the best for you?"

This is the side-by-side guide I wrote for the women and men who walk into the salon already partway through that decision. By the end, you will know which of the three is the right starting point for your skin.

The three families at a glance

  • Million Dollar Facial — a globally licensed protocol developed by Million Dollar UK, built around lymphatic drainage, exfoliation, and Million Dollar's own range of professional-grade serums and masks. The range is famous for its red-carpet glow and instant results. Six variants on our menu, from £45 to £60, with chemical peels available as a £10 add-on to any of them.
  • The Hydra Infusion — our 75-minute complete skin rejuvenation facial that combines HydroDiamond Dermabrasion (a hydradermabrasion-style resurfacing), ultrasonic skin cleansing, oxygen infusion therapy, and a cold therapy finish. £90.
  • The Advanced Facial Treatments — Eternal Glow's own line of clinical-grade protocols. Six treatments plus the Lip & Eye family, each sequenced to address a specific concern using radiofrequency skin tightening, needle-free mesotherapy skin boosters, oxygen infusion and HydroDiamond Dermabrasion. From £80 to £120.

If you only have time to read one paragraph: Million Dollar is the one to book if you want a fast, beautiful glow with no commitment. The Hydra Infusion is the one for skin that has been thirsty for months. The Advanced Facial Treatments are the line for skin that needs something more structural — collagen rebuilding, lifting, or a complete reset.

Million Dollar Facial — the global brand

The Million Dollar Facial protocol brought together a multi-step facial — deep cleanse, exfoliation, lymphatic drainage, mask, peptide finish — with Million Dollar's own professional product range. It is a no-downtime treatment that delivers a visible result inside an hour.

What makes it work is two things. The lymphatic drainage step, and the calibre of the products used in it. The serums and masks are professional-grade, concentrated, and matched to your skin concern — not the same one-size-fits-all formula every client gets.

We offer six variants of the Million Dollar Facial at Eternal Glow:

Treatment Time Price Best for
Million Dollar Mini Facial 45 min £45 First-timers; busy maintenance
Million Dollar Ice Globe Facial 45 min £45 Sensitive skin; redness; the morning of an event
Million Dollar Superfacials 45 min £45 Maximum result, minimum time
Million Dollar Miracle Mask Facial 60 min £60 Pre-event firming (peaks at 72 hours)
Million Dollar LymphFlo Sculpt Facial 45–60 min from £45 Deep sculpting; jawline definition; fluid retention
Million Dollar Clay Mask Facial 60 min £60 Oily / congested / dull skin; closest to a peel

A chemical peel can be added to any of them for £10 per peel — a targeted professional peel layered into your facial for deeper resurfacing and brightness.

If you have never had a professional facial before, the Million Dollar Mini Facial is a sensible place to start. Forty-five minutes, £45, no commitment, and you walk out with skin that genuinely looks different.

The Hydra Infusion — the hydration specialist

A short note on naming. "Hydrafacial" is a term that gets used loosely in the UK market — sometimes referring to the original HydraFacial brand (which holds the trademark), and sometimes referring to similar hydradermabrasion-and-infusion protocols used by other manufacturers. The Hydra Infusion at Eternal Glow is our own 75-minute protocol — a hydradermabrasion-style facial built on HydroDiamond Dermabrasion. The clinical principles are the same; the architecture of the treatment is bespoke to us.

What it does, in plain English: deeply cleanses and resurfaces thirsty, weather-stressed skin, lifts away the buildup that keeps it dull, then floods it with oxygen and nourishing ingredients — and seals everything in with a calming cold therapy finish. It is the treatment I reach for first when someone tells me their skin "drinks moisturiser and stays thirsty." Seventy-five minutes, £90.

The seven-stage protocol:

  1. Preparation and analysis
  2. Deep cleansing
  3. Exfoliation and resurfacing using HydroDiamond Dermabrasion
  4. Ultrasonic skin scrubber
  5. Oxygen vitality using oxygen infusion therapy
  6. Cold therapy
  7. Calming hydration mask

It is the right facial for sensitive skin (no aggressive actives), for skin that has been through a hard winter or a hot summer, for clients who want a noticeable plumping effect without anything injected, and for anyone whose primary concern is dehydration rather than firmness or congestion.

The Advanced Facial Treatments — Eternal Glow's own line

The Advanced Facial Treatments are the line I am proudest of. Clinical-grade protocols, each sequenced to address a specific concern at the dermal level, using the most effective skin technologies on the market — radiofrequency skin tightening, needle-free electroporation mesotherapy, oxygen infusion, HydroDiamond Dermabrasion, DermeBoost, and cold therapy.

These are the facials I recommend when a Million Dollar Facial would be too gentle for what your skin actually needs.

Treatment Time Price Best for
The Glow Express 45 min £80 Fast professional glow; busy schedule
The Hydra Infusion 75 min £90 Deep hydration; barrier rebuild
The MesoGlow 75 min £90 Needle-free skin booster; plumpness; fine lines
The Clear Complexion 75 min £90 Congestion; dullness; skin detox
Anti Ageing Facial 75 min £90 RF skin tightening; slack jaw; lifting
Lip & Eye Treatments 60 min £90 Lips, dark circles, crow's feet — needle-free
The Signature Facial 90 min £120 Total skin reset; multi-concern

The defining difference: each Advanced Facial Treatment has six to ten distinct steps, sequenced for a specific outcome. They are slower, more clinical, and the results are more architectural — collagen production, structural lifting, deep barrier rebuilding. They are the treatments I recommend for clients in their forties, fifties, and beyond — and for anyone navigating menopausal skin changes or post-weight-loss volume changes.

There is also a consultation-led route: The Eternal Glow Facial Experience — a Hands-On Facial (£60) or Advanced Facial (£75), each designed around your individual skin assessment rather than a fixed protocol. If you would rather start with a conversation than a menu, start there.

How to choose — by what you are trying to fix

If your primary concern is glow and radiance for a one-off event:

If your primary concern is dehydration, dullness, or a damaged skin barrier:

  • Book The Hydra Infusion (£90, 75 min). The deepest hydration on the menu, purpose-built for chronically thirsty skin.

If your primary concern is firmness, jawline definition, or lifting:

  • Book the Anti Ageing Facial (£90, 75 min). The radiofrequency-led skin tightening protocol — genuinely the closest non-invasive equivalent to a lift.

If you want to prepare for an important event:

If you have multiple concerns and want a comprehensive reset:

  • Book The Signature Facial (£120, 90 min). The most thorough protocol on the menu — skin booster, RF, oxygen therapy and contouring in a single session.

If your skin is sensitive or reactive:

If you have acne, congestion, or oily skin:

If your concerns are around the lips or eyes specifically:

  • Book Lip & Eye Treatments (£90, 60 min). The Lip Plump or The Eye Lift — both use the DermeBoost system for needle-free targeted rejuvenation, and a 15-minute DermeBoost booster can be added to any facial for £25.

The honest answer

If a client comes in unsure and asks me "which one would you book?", the answer depends on age and what we are trying to achieve.

For someone under 35 with healthy skin and a one-off event coming up, I will almost always recommend a Million Dollar Facial. The cost is right, the results are visible, and the maintenance interval (every 4–6 weeks) is sensible.

For someone over 40 — or anyone whose skin is showing the first signs of structural change — I will steer them towards the Advanced Facial Treatments. The depth of the protocol matters more at that point, and the results compound over a course in a way that single-modality facials cannot.

The Hydra Infusion sits slightly outside that age framing. It is the right treatment for chronically dehydrated skin at any age, and a brilliant standalone for clients with sensitive skin who cannot tolerate stronger actives.

Can I combine them?

Yes. The pairings that work well together are:

  • The Anti Ageing Facial + The MesoGlow on alternating sessions. Lifting work one month, hydration work the next. The two compound beautifully across a 12-week course.
  • A Million Dollar Mini Facial as a maintenance treatment between Advanced Facial Treatments. Affordable, fast, keeps the glow going between deeper appointments.
  • The Signature Facial two or three times a year as a reset, with one of the £45 Million Dollar variants in the months between.

If you would like to map out a treatment plan in advance, that conversation happens at consultation — and it is always free.

Booking and consultation

Every facial at Eternal Glow Beauty begins with a thorough skin consultation under good light. We look at your skin, ask about your concerns and history, discuss your home routine, and then recommend the treatment that will deliver the best results for you specifically. If we think a different facial would serve you better than the one you booked, we will tell you — honestly and without pressure.

Eternal Glow Beauty is a private luxury salon in Amesbury, just seven miles from Salisbury, and we welcome clients from across Wiltshire and Hampshire. Get in touch to book — particularly if you are choosing between two of these and want a second opinion before you do.
